Beef Stew from Anna Lou: Complete

I've finished Beef Stew from Anna Lou.  It ended up being a good bit longer than I intended, but that's okay.  As a matter of craft, I'm pleased with the turnaround time on this one.  I came up with the idea in late September and got it done in mid-October, which is a pretty significant accomplishment (at least for me) for doing a story of this length.  So that takes care of my Halloween story.  On to the next project!
